Job
As Apprenticeship Sales Manager, you will:

Drive apprenticeship sales strategies with new and existing employers.

Manage and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve business targets.
*
Build strong, long-term employer relationships to grow apprenticeship uptake.
*
Analyse performance data to identify and maximise commercial opportunities.
*
Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure programme alignment and delivery.
*
Represent the organisation with employers, funding bodies, and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate

Strong background in apprenticeship sales or employer engagement.
