We also offer a range of respite and short stay services, helping families and carers outside of Hollybank. All of our teams are vital to ensuring our services remain high-quality and person-centred, and our highly skilled finance team is no different.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist the Finance Manager in ensuring financial objectives of the Trust are accomplished in accordance with prescribed forecasts, budgets and time limitations
* To process custom er and service user invoices, ensuring that income is properly recorded.
* Ensure that debts are collected within the specified time period, and that customer accounts are up to date.
* Preparation of sales invoices.
* Resolve account queries and discrepancies in a professional manner.
* Build strong client relationships to support successful credit control outcomes.
* To post and allocate payments made into the bank on a daily basis and reconcile the bank account .
* To prepare detailed reports and provide regular updates to management.
* To undertake administrative duties to assist the Finance Department such as, correspondence etc, this may include cash handling.
