Duties
* Conduct routine servicing and complex repairs in line with manufacturer standards
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
* Complete work within specified timeframes to ensure high customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate job cards and service records
* Provide technical support and excellent customer service
* Support diagnostic procedures and communicate findings clearly to customers and colleagues
Requirements
* Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a prestige or general service environment
* Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skillsMotivated, well‑organised, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
