Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care (Frontline)
Location: Derby City
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £25 per hour
Role Overview Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Social Care Occupational Therapist for a frontline, community-based role in Derby City. The successful candidate will complete assessments and support planning to promote independence and safe outcomes for adults within the community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake frontline Occupational Therapy assessments
2. Complete assessment and support planning within Adult Social Care
3. Work with individuals in the community to promote independence
4. Apply professional judgement in line with relevant legislation and best practice
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies
Essential Requirements
6. HCPC registration
7. Experience working as a Social Care Occupational Therapist
8. Strong assessment and support planning skills
9. Community-based Adult Social Care experience
10. Full UK driving licence and business insurance
