As part of your role as an Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, supporting and advising them on suitable treatments and products, and carrying out a wide range of advanced treatments. You will also support reception duties, diary management, general administration, and retail of products.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients, provide excellent customer service.
* Advise clients on suitable treatments and products.
* Perform advanced aesthetic treatments.
* Support reception duties and diary management.
* Handle general administration and retail of products.
* Work evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications
* Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 highly desirable).
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an aesthetics, day spa, beauty counter or salon environment.
* Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience working to sales targets and engaging in promotional activity.
* Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
* Training in Laser/IPL highly desired but not required.
* Note: This is not an injector role.
