In this full:time, term:time role, you will be the bridge between a students challenge and their breakthrough. Your day:to:day will involve:

Targeted Support: Leading small group interventions or providing 1:1 assistance to boost academic confidence.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: A background working with children (schools, nurseries, or community support).

Core Skills: GCSE Grade C (or 4/5) in English and Maths (or equivalent).

Mindset: A proactive, can:do attitude and a genuine love for helping children succeed.

Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one) and valid Right to Work in the UK.
