Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Lettings Administrator to join our client's busy and friendly team in Dronfield, with cover required at other offices across north Derbyshire. You will play a vital role in supporting all branch operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, tenants, contractors, vendors and buyers, managing a wide range of administrative duties in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answer and manage high volumes of telephone and email enquiries in a busy sales environment
2. Coordinate and schedule property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
3. Provide feedback to vendors and landlords following viewings
4. Process tenant applications, including referencing and tenancy paperwork
5. Liaise with maintenance contractors and arrange property repairs as needed
6. Record and manage incoming offers, keeping vendors and landlords updated
7. Conduct property inspections and accompany viewings when required
8. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are filed in line with GDPR and internal standards
9. Support branch staff and negotiators with day-to-day administrative tasks
10. Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, buyers, and vendors
Candidate Requirements
1. Prior experience in sales or lettings administration preferred, but not essential
2. Strong background in administrative roles within fast-paced environments is essential
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
4. Confident, professional communication skills both written and verbal
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
6. A customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable attitude
7. Full UK driving licence and own transport is essential (mileage paid)
