Contract/Hours: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours & Part time, 30 hours -( 4x 7.5hr shifts worked per week)
29 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays, with up to 5 additional days for continuous service and option to buy or sell leave

At Short Breaks our role involves closely monitoring the well-being and safety of the young individuals during their short breaks. At Stoneside Flats our role involves closely monitoring the well-being and safety of the young individuals and supporting them to develop and reach their goals. Our mission is to deliver high-quality residential care and short breaks services to support young individuals with various learning disabilities.
How you'll help to create brighter futures
Some key responsibilities of a Residential Support Worker are:

Provide lead case/care planning management, including assessing, reviewing and managing risk.
Co-ordinating responsibilities within the service, with multi agency and producing family information, including analysis and written reports.
Helping young people in all aspects of their daily lives.
Having good communication skills and the ability to engage well with both young people, colleagues and other professionals.
Demonstrable experience of working in a care setting and developing positive relationships through trust
Possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or recognised equivalent) or if you do not possess this you must be prepared to complete this within 2 years of commencing employment with us, full support will be provided.
