The Mission As our Fitness/Studio Manager, your primary focus is growth. You will be the face of the studio, responsible for driving the membership base, converting leads, and ensuring East Croydon remains the leading premier training destination in the area. While you’ll be hands-on with coaching, your success will be measured by the growth of the community and the performance of the studio. What You’ll Do Drive the Sales Process: Take full ownership of lead generation, studio tours, and membership sales. You’ll be the person turning enquiries into long-term members. Hit KPIs: Work toward monthly sales and retention targets with a focus on maximizing studio profitability. Lead the Floor: Coach high-energy BFT sessions, ensuring our members receive the elite, science-backed training experience we are known for. Build the Community: Manage member enquiries, onboarding, and retention strategies to keep our churn low and our energy high. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily studio operations and lead/mentor our coaching team to maintain BFT’s high standards. What We’re Looking For A Sales Hunter: You have a proven track record in sales (fitness industry preferred). You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, follow up on leads, and close a deal. Qualified Coach: You MUST hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or higher) and be confident coaching group sessions. Target-Driven: You are motivated by numbers and the opportunity to earn more through performance-based commission. Leadership Presence: You can command a room, motivate a team, and represent the BFT brand with professional authority.
