A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Director to join its Financial Services Indirect Tax (VAT) advisory team in London. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver complex indirect tax advisory projects within the Financial Services sector
* Provide strategic direction and leadership to high-performing teams

* Build and maintain strong senior client relationships
* Mentor and develop team members through coaching and oversight
* Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
Requirements
* Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in UK indirect tax advisory
* Strong track record in VAT advisory, ideally within Financial Services
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Demonstrated success in winning and delivering complex client engagements
* Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA or equivalent) preferred
