Job Description
The successful Commercial Director will;
1. Lead the commercial function, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
2. Define and execute a bold commercial strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.
3. Build and manage strategic partnerships with councils, energy providers, and installers.
4. Drive innovation in pricing and funding models to maximize customer uptake.
5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Operations and Finance to ensure seamless delivery, accurate forecasting, and commercial alignment.
6. Oversee commercial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all processes.
7. Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and growth.
