Salary: Grade 3, £16,699 - £17,260 per annum. £11.78 - £12.18 per hour
32.5 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

The Governors of St. John’s Mosley Common C.E. Primary School are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to support the teaching and learning of pupils in KS1 and Lower KS2.
Applicants should:
1. Have high expectations of the pupils that they support
2. Enthuse and motivate pupils
3. Support the Christian ethos of the school
4. Have experience in record keeping in relation to children’s progress
5. Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
6. Have proven experience of supporting children with all aspects of their learning
7. Have experience of teaching Phonics
8. Be prepared to establish good working relationships within the school team and the wider community
9. Be prepared and be willing to undertake training and CPD to meet the needs of the pupils

The successful applicant is required as soon as possible but this will be dependent upon DBS and other safeguarding requirements.

The hours of work are:
