Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer at everyLIFE
The Senior Full Stack Developer at everyLIFE Technologies will come with 5+ years of experience in commercial full stack development. They will be passionate not just about writing code but contributing to a project which makes a difference. This role will involve joining an existing team of 5 engineers, including backend, frontend and full-stack developers.

Our primary product PASS helps carers to deliver the best care outcomes for those they assist, by eliminating time-consuming paperwork and lowering the risk of medicine mismanagement via Android, iOS and web-based services.

You will:
Design, develop, test and deliver well engineered code, collaborating with Product to ensure that we are releasing value early and often
Work closely with the existing team – reviewing code, discussing solutions and being involved in refinement sessions
Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, system design to ensure that all code is clean, consistent and secure
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of development languages, frameworks, tools and design patterns
Promptly escalate issues that affect product delivery and quality
Maintain and manage our Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines and tooling
Have a passion to learn and continually improve
Provide on-call 24/7 rota for the server team apps and meet agreed SLAs for MTTR
You have:
5+ years' experience of commercial full stack development
You write clean, testable code and expect others to do the same
You have excellent problem-solving skills
Good understanding of asynchronous programming
You take ownership and responsibility for your work
Strong knowledge of NodeJS and have experience building/maintaining a Node backend
Strong knowledge of Typescript or another typed programming language
Good React knowledge
Good understanding of MySQL or a similar relational database
Experience using Elasticsearch or a similar NoSQL database
Experience working with messaging systems / pub-sub
Experience writing automated tests
Awareness and passion for working in an agile environment
Experience of modern web and server-side RESTful development
Experience with Git
Experience of developer testing approaches
Experience of build and Continuous Integration pipelines and tools
Experience of TDD and BDD
You may have:
Knowledge of NestJS framework
Experience working with an ORM
Knowledge of Scala and functional programming
Knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure monitoring
Experience working with AWS Lambda functions
Experience working with microservices / micro frontends
Experience working with Docker / ECS
Experience with Netty and Akka or other non-blocking, multi-threaded IO libraries
Experience working with Jenkins/Bitbucket Pipelines
Experience in deployment and maintenance of Linux based servers
