Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Abingdon that are looking for a full-time Collections Assistant to join the team ASAP for a 3-6 month assignment, offering hybrid working!
* Review and resolve billing issues.
* Using online portals to monitor payment status of uploaded invoices & deal with any rejected invoices.
* Use of Salesforce to communicate with all levels of the business.
* Manage customer calls.
* Work with other departments to solve customer queries.
* Chase outstanding debt once all of the above criteria are met (Credit control).
Requirements:
* GCSE or equivalent education passes in English and Maths
* Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role within a similar industry
* Possess excellent IT skills, including experience of working with Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of Salesforce, portals, Sage Line 500 and Microsoft D365 would be beneficial.
