Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven TikTok Manager to own and scale Icy Bear’s TikTok growth, revenue, and creator ecosystem. This role will manage TikTok Shop performance, affiliate programs, live selling strategy, paid advertising, and freelance presenter relationships.
You will be responsible for driving revenue through social commerce, building strong creator partnerships, and executing high-performing paid and organic campaigns across TikTok.
Modern TikTok roles typically combine strategy, creator management, live commerce, and ad optimisation to drive measurable revenue and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate & Creator Management
* Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates and creators
* Build and maintain long-term creator relationships
* Set commission structures and track affiliate performance
* Source new UGC creators for ads and organic content
* Manage creator briefs, contracts, and deliverables
Affiliate management commonly includes creator recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimisation.
TikTok Live & Social Commerce
* Plan and execute TikTok LIVE selling strategy
* Coordinate hosts, presenters, and product schedules
* Analyse LIVE performance and optimise conversion
* Support creators with LIVE scripts, offers, and product focus
Many TikTok commerce roles now include live shopping production and optimisation as core revenue drivers.
Paid Ads Management
* Plan, launch, and optimise TikTok paid ad campaigns
* Test creatives, hooks, and audiences
* Manage budgets and ROAS targets
* Work with creative teams to produce ad-ready UGC
Paid social roles typically own campaign strategy, targeting, creative testing, and ROI reporting.
Freelance Presenter / Talent Management
* Recruit and manage freelance presenters and content talent
* Schedule shoots, lives, and content delivery timelines
* Ensure brand alignment and performance standards
* Maintain talent database and performance tracking
Performance & Reporting
* Track GMV, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and engagement metrics
* Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
* Identify scaling opportunities and underperforming areas
Tracking KPIs and optimising based on data is a core expectation across TikTok commerce and marketing roles.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing TikTok accounts for brands or e-commerce
* Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, affiliates, LIVE selling, and ads
* Experience working with influencers, creators, or talent
* Strong analytical and performance marketing mindset
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple creators and campaigns
Most roles require hands-on TikTok platform experience and creator ecosystem knowledge.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
* Experience scaling TikTok Shop revenue
* Experience in beauty / wellness / consumer product brands
* Existing creator or affiliate network
* Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
