We are looking for an individual to join our small, supportive, office-based team to help manage work orders from initial request through to final completion. Working closely with our Contract Coordinator, you’ll ensure each job is attended promptly, progressed efficiently, and resolved to the highest standard.

This is an FTC for 12 months contract based in Redditch.


What You'll Be Doing

1. Managing work orders end-to-end: raising, tracking, chasing, and closing
2. Working alongside the Contract Coordinator to ensure timely attendance and resolution
3. Confidently engaging with customers and contractors to progress works
4. Reviewing jobs, identifying delays, and taking proactive steps to drive completion
5. Supporting continuous improvement across processes and service delivery
6. Attending sites occasionally to understand issues first-hand and support contract delivery

What We're Looking For

7. A tenacious, proactive nature with a real drive to get things done
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. IT literacy and confidence using systems
10. Some FM experience is beneficial, but not essential
11. Ability to understand (or willingness to learn) the complexities of FM and how different issues impact the client
12. Comfortable handling a variety of technical, engineering and facilities-related challenges
13. Ideal for someone with a building/technical/engineering background seeking a later-career support role — or someone earlier in their career with the ambition to deliver first-class service and looking for a career in FM.

This is a 40-hour per week role, working 7am – 7pm across 7 days, therefore flexibility is required.

For this role you’ll have experience of working within a fast-paced time pressured customer service role, within any industry and sector!

In return for your hard work we would offer you:

14. Salary: Up to £28,403 pro rata, depending on experience
15. Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets
