We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Specialist to join either our London or Manchester office to support a large-scale transformation initiative. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions across business units, enhancing employee adoption, and minimising resistance to change. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex change programmes, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of organisational dynamics in a client-facing, matrixed environment. Please note that this role is being offered on a 9-month fixed term contract, on a part time basis, working 4 days a week. There is a requirement for this role to be based 3 days a week in the office and will involve occasional travel between our Manchester and London offices. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute change management strategies and frameworks aligned with project goals and organisational culture. Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify change readiness and tailor interventions. Design and deliver communication plans that effectively convey the vision, benefits, and progress of change initiatives working closely with the Strategy Communications Specialist. Collaborate with project managers, HR, and business leaders to integrate change management into overall project plans. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching to support employee transition and capability building. Monitor and measure change adoption, utilisation, and proficiency using KPIs and feedback mechanisms. Identify and manage resistance, providing targeted support and interventions. Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement across the organisation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology, or related field. 5 years of experience in change management, preferably within professional services or consulting environments. Proven track record of leading change initiatives in large, complex organisations. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, Lean, Agile). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in developing and delivering training and engagement programmes. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). Experience in outsourcing, offshoring, digital transformation, organisational restructuring, or mergers/acquisitions. Familiarity with data analysis. Who are we looking for? We don't have a type.
