What You'll Do Keep kitchen work surfaces, sinks, stoves, walls, and large equipment clean and sanitised. Sweep and mop floors, and quickly clean up spills to keep operations running smoothly. Wash cookware, utensils, and cutlery. Take out rubbish and maintain a tidy workspace. Assist with basic food prep tasks (peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed.
