Supply Chain Coordination:
· Coordinate with the
procurement team to ensure the timely and accurate ordering of materials and
products based on forecasted demand.
· Manage communication
between suppliers, distributors, and restaurants to ensure smooth order
fulfillment and supply chain continuity.
· Liaise with the property
and operations teams to assess inventory requirements for new store openings,
ensuring sufficient stock and supply chain readiness ahead of launch dates.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
· Provide regular demand
forecasting and inventory performance reports to key suppliers.
· Use advanced analytics to
identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve the overall forecasting
accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
· Develop and present
reports on the demand and supply requirements for new store openings, ensuring
seamless integration of new locations into the overall supply chain planning
process.
Continuous Improvement:
· Proactively identify
opportunities for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to
implement changes.
· Participate in monthly
demand planning meetings to review forecasts, inventory performance, and
alignment across departments.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supply chain role (FMCG,
