About The Role We are currently offering the opportunity for a SHEQ apprentice, where you can gain valuable experience and develop key skills to pursue a career within the construction industry. You will be part of an effective Health & Safety, Environment and Quality (QES) team who support the entire company including operational teams. The QES team supports JN Bentley and its sister organisations JBAB and MMB to work safely to prevent injuries, avoid environmental harm and prevent occupational ill-health. What You’ll Do Visiting construction sites observing Inspections of operations from a QES perspective Attending and observing relevant training courses Learning techniques to deliver training Learning about Health Safety and Environmental legislation Liaising with internal and external partners to understand the needs of the company, our clients and the wider industry Providing support to QES and Regional Operational teams by collating and reporting on accumulated Health Safety and Environmental data Supporting the provision of Occupational Health Support to employees and liaising with external Occupational Health Providers as required Learning to use the software packages which underpin our training and analyses.
