Client Service Officer (Accounting Support)
Location: Southport
Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced administrator with a background in accounting or financial advising? We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join a lively, fast-paced team that offers social connection and professional growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
In this hands-on admin role, you'll support a variety of financial and client-facing tasks, including:
* Collating client documentation and handling purchasing workflows (A2M / diesel A2M)
* Managing and editing client details
* Preparing client reports and chasing information or payments
* Liaising confidently with the ATO for general interest charge matters
* Assisting with payment arrangements, asset changes, and setup of companies/trusts
* Providing occasional reception support
What We're Looking For:
* 14 years experience in administration, accounting support, or financial services
* Familiarity with Xero products (Xero and XBM) and document management systems
* Proactive communication skills and the confidence to engage with the ATO
* A team-focused attitude with a willingness to get involved and contribute
