Our client is currently seeking a qualified IT Business Partner SME for Supply Chain to join their team onsite in Andover, MA and provide end‑user support.
This multifaceted role is primarily focused on leveraging ERP and other IT solutions to streamline and optimize processes, generate accurate reports, and ensure compliance with regulations. A strategic mindset to align IT solutions with functional goals and objectives of Supply Chain operations is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Business Partnering
* Collaborate closely with supply chain stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives
* Act as a trusted advisor, translating functional requirements into actionable IT solutions
* Provide strategic guidance on how technology can improve functional operations and decision‑making
Data Management
* Manage Supply chain operations data within the ERP system and other IT solutions in use
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly reconciling Supply Chain records
* Manage and maintain supply chain data within the ERP system and other IT solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
* Implement data integration and synchronization between ERP and other IT applications
Requirements Analysis
* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
* Work with functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and process automation
* Create detailed specifications and design documents for IT projects
System Development and Integration
* Implement and manage applications for Supply Chain functions
* Manage data exchanges and interfaces between ERP and other applications
Data Analysis and Reporting
* Design and develop reports and dashboards using reporting tools
* Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights for decision‑making
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the applications
Compliance
* Ensure that systems and processes comply with industry regulations and security standards
* Implement and maintain appropriate controls to safeguard supply chain data
User Training and Support
* Provide training and support to users to ensure they can effectively utilize ERP and other applications by adhering to best practices
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and applications
Project Management
* Lead or participate in IT projects related to finance and supply chain, from inception to completion
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
* Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives
Continuous Improvement
* Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance processes and systems for Supply Chain functions
* Streamline processes by leveraging ERP functionalities to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks
* Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operations
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum 5 to 8+ years of Oracle Fusion experience
* Supply‑chain operations knowledge to support future migration
* Ability to combine hands‑on configuration skills with strategic roadmap ownership for complex supply‑chain processes
* Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and concepts
* Proficiency in ERP supply chain modules (Planning, Procurement, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Sales and Shipping, etc.)
* Proven experience working with ERP Supply chain modules is preferred
* Knowledge of Medical device industry‑specific compliance and regulatory requirements
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Project management experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
* Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Wage Range
The starting salary for this position is between $150,000 - $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
