Service Care Solutions are recruiting an experienced and Cat A cleared Prison Nurse in York.
You'll work in a unique environment, delivering many of the nurse-led services that are provided in the wider community, with a unique opportunity to support someone throughout their time in prison.
You will be required to offer support across within the prison. Duties include dealing with minor injury and illness, emergency care, health assessments, safe and legal use of appropriate medicines and working collaboratively with the wider team whilst treating all patients as individuals, as well as always respecting their privacy and dignity.
Pay
£31.00ph (Ltd Umbrella) = £27.29ph (PAYE Inclusive)

37 hours across 4 days 08:00am -19:00pm
Person Specification
The successful applicant must be a Qualified Mental Health Nurse currently registered with the NMC and have recent experience working within a prison.
The applicant must hold current cat A prison vetting along with a clear transferable DBS.
