What does the role involve?
As Portfolio Finance Manager, you'll report to our Commercial Finance Manager and play a key role in maximising profitability across our fleet. You'll spot opportunities to boost revenue, drive cost savings, and work on diverse projects—no two days will be the same!
You'll collaborate across sales channels (specialist, corporate, SME) and lead a talented team of three, coaching and mentoring to help them thrive.
Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
* Developing and delivering initiatives to improve portfolio profitability
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Commercial Finance
* Leading your team to design and implement robust, compliant frameworks that reduce risk
* Owning and championing the models used within the team—ensuring they're regularly reviewed and consistently applied across all pricing decisions
What are we looking for?
You're a qualified finance professional (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with good knowledge of commercial finance. You bring a proactive, autonomous approach and love the idea of making a real difference.
