About the Role
As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking for support with their existing policies—whether by phone or email. You’ll handle a range of tasks including responding to enquiries, processing cancellations, taking missed payments, and offering clear guidance to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
Your contribution will be key to supporting the continued growth and success of Admiral Business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Deliver an outstanding level of service to customers throughout their Admiral Business journey, across both phone and email channels.
2. Take the time to understand customers’ needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience—whether through product, process, or service improvements.
3. Work collaboratively with teams across the business, including underwriting, sales, and marketing, to provide accurate and timely solutions.
4. Bring a positive, motivated attitude to your work each day.
5. Build strong rapport with customers and demonstrate a genuine passion for excellent service.
6. Communicate with clarity and confidence, both verbally and in writing.
7. Maintain solid product knowledge and use it to handle customer enquiries effectively.
8. Show strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and grow.
Requirements
Ideally, you will bring:
9. A customer‑centric approach and the ability to communicate clearly, transparently, and effectively across all interaction types.
10. The ability to spot issues, understand their root causes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
11. Confidence working independently and making sound decisions.
12. The ability to work well in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Desirable but not essential:
13. Previous experience in insurance.
14. Experience using Salesforce.
