Weekend Production Supervisor Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday - Day shift Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour Weekend Production Supervisor We are currently recruiting for an experienced Weekend Production Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading people, supporting daily operations, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of motivating a small team while maintaining high standards across the production area. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a small production team during weekend operations. Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved. Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures. Support team members with training, guidance, and day-to-day operational issues. Carry out quality checks and ensure company standards are met. Operate Reach or Counterbalance trucks when required. Communicate effectively with management and provide updates on production performance. Assist with problem-solving and respond quickly to operational challenges. Requirements Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role is essential. Valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift Licence. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a busy production environment. A proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet and make decisions confidently. Hands-on attitude and willingness to support the team where needed. What's on Offer?
