Senior Business Development Executive position in a global law firm, aligned with disputes, employment and pensions. 12 Month FTC. London / Hybrid. This global firm is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive in a dual role. The role will 60% support the Employment and Pensions groups, and 40% support the market-leading Disputes practice. The Partners across these areas are very proactive and passionate about business development, and the successful candidate will work closely with them on thought leadership campaigns and client relationship initiatives. This is a 12 month FTC, but there are often plenty of internal opportunities at the firm to explore! On a day to day basis, the role will be a mix of well-rounded BD duties including: Bid and pitch support Supporting with events Developing credential and marketing collateral Managing directory and award submissions Supporting with client development initiatives Creating business plans with Partners and acting as an adviser to the business Candidates will ideally have a solid number of years of business development experience within legal. The firm are looking for candidates with excellent written and communication skills and an interest / experience of disputes and employment law would be desirable.
