The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced administrators to join the ‘Bolton Family’ and be part of our team supporting Adults Social Care.

You will work closely with Managers, Health Professionals and Social Workers and link with other members of the Admin team. Working with partner agencies to create an environment where multi-agency practice is strong. You will join a committed team who are proud of the service they deliver to achieve their potential.

The Admin Team Leader plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of services within the Mental Health Service team. This dynamic and varied position involves delivering a high-quality administrative service, managing and developing personal workloads to meet specific deadlines, and collaborating effectively with colleagues to enhance team performance.

The role also includes organising and maintaining information systems such as databases, and taking responsibility for researching, preparing, and presenting a variety of documents from multiple sources within set timeframes.

About You
We’re looking for someone with solid experience working in administrative roles or office environments, who can confidently manage and supervise both individuals and teams.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of how to develop and maintain high-quality administrative services, alongside excellent communication and literacy skills to support decision-making and ensure audit compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, as is the ability to plan and prioritise workloads, both independently and as part of a team.

You should be comfortable attending multi-agency meetings and taking comprehensive minutes, and capable of handling cash and monitoring payments in line with financial procedures.
