Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator to join us internally at Mason Blake. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations across administration, finance, marketing, events, and CRM management.
This position is ideal for someone with prior experience across admin, accounting support, or marketing, who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role at the centre of a business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and provide administrative support
* Maintain and improve the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows
* Support marketing activity, including social media, client communications, and market updates
* Assist in organising and delivering client events and networking opportunities
* Contribute to ad hoc projects focused on improving processes and supporting business growth
Requirements
* 1 – 2 years office experience
* Knowledge of basic marketing principles
* Strong IT skills (including Excel)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable
* Exposure to events, marketing campaigns, or recruitment environments
* Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
* Experience working with CRM systems
