The Telemarketing Company is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
If you have experience working on the phone in Sales or Telemarketing and/or you can demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, we would especially love to hear from you!

Start date: Beginning of October 2025
Salary: £13,20 - 14,30 per hour / £24,000.00 - £26,000.00 per year (based on experience) + monthly bonus potential
This is an initial temporary project (approx. 6–8 weeks) with the strong possibility of extension, depending on performance and business needs.

Your day to day will involve:
* Contact and engage potential customers from Germany to create new sales opportunities
* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
* Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
The ideal candidate must have:
* Ability to speak fluent German and English to a business level (mandatory)
* A professional telephone manner
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Demonstrate confidence in own abilities
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Conscientiousness and drive
* Able to take on feedback and apply it effectively
* Previous telesales/consultancy experience
* A-levels or above academic qualifications
