Location: Newbridge House, Blackwood – with travel across South-East Wales
Contract: Permanent | 3–4 days per week (0.6–0.8 WTE, negotiable)
Salary: Competitive (Band 8C equivalent, pro-rata)

The Role
We're seeking an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist to lead and develop Liberty Care's psychological services across our supported-living network.
You will:
* Deliver and oversee specialist assessment, formulation and intervention for adults with complex LD/MH/dual-diagnosis/forensic presentations.
* Lead clinical governance, audit and outcome-based service improvement.
* Embed Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and trauma-informed practice across teams.
* Provide supervision and professional leadership to clinicians and operational leaders.
* Work collaboratively with commissioners, Health Board colleagues and partner agencies.
You will also receive structured clinical supervision via the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) LD/MH Directorate.
About You
* HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with substantial post-qualification and leadership experience in LD and/or MH services.
* Skilled in supervision, service development, research/audit and reflective practice.
* Compassionate, flexible and able to translate evidence-based models into real-world outcomes.
