A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a gentleman in my mid 80’s with Alzheimer’s Disease living in the Llandaff (Pontcanna end) of Cardiff looking to employ 1 or 2 PAs to support me in my home. I need supervision of my personal care as well as ensuring that I eat and drink to avoid dehydration. My first language is Welsh.

HOURS OF WORK
6 hours a week
45 mins every morning and 45 mins Sunday evening. Times to be discussed at interview.
RATE OF PAY
£14.80
TASKS INVOLVED
1. Keeping me safe by supporting in my home
2. To assist me with personal care, showering, cleaning teeth and laying out clean clothes- supervising only.
3. To assist with meal preparation for breakfast and evening meal, and prompting me to eat and drink
4. Light housekeeping by way of dishes after food preparation, cleaning surfaces and emptying refuse bins.
5. Prompting me to take my medication.
