Plumber
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week (8am-5pm Monday- Friday)

About the role:
As a Plumber you will be working with Milton Keynes city council providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. As a Plumber with our Milton Keynes branch, you will undertake a wide range of plumbing repair and maintenance tasks within occupied properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
1. Reactive plumbing repairs including minor works
2. Small repairs such as leaking taps and plumbing systems
3. Changing baths and carrying out basic plumbing installations
4. Working independently on most jobs, with support from colleagues on larger works
5. Using a handheld device to record works, timesheets and photographic evidence
6. Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment to required standards
7. Ensuring excellent customer service and clear communication with residents
8. Adhering to all health and safety, quality and cost control requirements
Key Criteria:
9. NVQ qualification or proven experience in plumbing
10. Experience of working within social housing environments
11. Full UK driving licence
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
13. Professional, friendly and customer focused approach
