Position Details
* Location: Skylarks School, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 7LR
* Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP44,000 per annum (pro-rated for part-time)
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
* Start Date: September 2025

About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ICT/Computer Teacher to deliver engaging lessons, foster digital literacy, and prepare students for modern technological environments at our new Options Autism School, Skylarks School.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in accordance with the School's Curriculum framework.
2. Monitor, record, and report on student progress.
3. Contribute to the School Development Plan and promote students' physical, educational, and moral development.
4. Develop tailored learning environments and programs to ensure student progression.
5. Coordinate teaching, assessment, and reporting across key stages as agreed with the Headteacher.
6. Develop and review individual education and behavior plans.
7. Organize classroom resources and displays to create a stimulating learning environment.
8. Ensure student safety in line with risk assessments, both on and off-site.
9. Brief and support Learning Support Assistants, Tutors, and care staff to produce effective resources.
Qualifications
* UK QTS or equivalent
* Experience teaching Key Stage 3 & 4
Part-time arrangements may be considered for qualified candidates.
