Milk Education are recruiting for an Early Years Educator to work within an EYFS setting attached to a local primary school, in the Newcastle area, to work on a long-term basis starting in September! The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing support from teaching staff across the school with the opportunity to network in regular staff meetings and training.

Early Years Educator Role & Responsibilities:
* Monitor and assess the development of each child, reporting any concerns to the lead teacher.
* Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
* Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress
* Assist in maintaining a well-organized and stimulating learning environment.
Early Years Educator Non-negotiables:
* Previous experience working with early years or preschool-aged children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
