Full job description
We are looking to hire a hard working adaptable person, who will fit into a fast paced environment with many different responsibilities and duties.
You will need to be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication and organisation skills, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and adapt to the differing duties such as
* Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate, and taking accurate messages
* Registering applicants on the phone and walk-ins
* Organising contractors to attend to maintenance issues.
* Property File upkeep
* Handling day to day operations
* Diary management
* Filing office general office paperwork
* To create brochures, flyers, marketing material, window cards, organise EPCs, place properties on the internet.
* Arranging property viewing and survey appointments
* Conduct comprehensive referencing and right to rent checks to qualify potential renters
* Create tenancy agreements via our software
* Arrange photography, inventory and certificates appointments with contractors.
* Utility and services management, including gas, electric, water and council tax (tenancy commencement and end)
* Property Inspections
* Deposit Protection
* HMO Compliance
Essential skills, experience and qualifications required:
* 1 year+ property manager experience required
* Excellent organisation skills
* Ability to multi task, work alone and under pressure
* Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
* Diploma in Estate Management (compulsory)

Salary: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
