Marquee Foreman - Job Description
We are recruiting full time experienced Marquee Foreman. You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Marquee Industry within a Crew Leader/Foreman position. You will be managing a crew to erect & dismantle marquees and structures for events across the UK.
Experience in the Marquee and Temporary Structure is essential.
Marquee Foreman - Main Duties
* Managing a crew of between 2 - 8 marquee erectors, and responsible for the site projects, including delivering training where necessary.
* Installation/Dismantle of temporary structures, floors, doors, and ancillary equipment.
* Responsible for unloading and reloading trailers
* Maintaining Health and Safety whilst on site in compliance with company and environmental policies.
* Liaise with Managers and Clients to ensure the timely and successful completion of all events to the highest standard.
* Meeting tight deadlines and overcoming challenges as they arise, such as poor weather conditions.
* High level of service is required.
* Attending Site Visits when necessary.
* Requirement to work away from home during the busy seasonal period, this involves some weekend work and bank holidays.
Marquee Foreman - Key Skills
* Essential requirement is a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Marquees.
* It is essential you hold a Full UK Driving License with no more than 3 penalty points.
* Fluency in English
* Strong Leadership Skills
* Proactive ability to solve problems with a positive attitude.
* Attention to detail.
Desirable (training can be provided for the right candidates)
* Forklift / Telehandler / Moffett / LMF
* MEWP / Boom Certs
* CSCS / MUTA Structure Safe Cards
