As a strategist joining the Hearts & Science EMEA team, you will have the opportunity to transform our strategy offering as our clients move to prioritize customer experiences. Bringing an understanding of customer journey mapping, you will act as a bridge between strategy, performance, and planning teams, creating inspiring strategies that translate into impact.
Hearts & Science EMEA is the London hub of Omnicom Media Group's fastest-growing media network. With high-growth brands like Jaguar Land Rover and Versuni, we act as agents of change for ambitious clients. Our Strategy Team plays a critical role in shaping the agency's future, working under the guidance of the Head of Behaviour & Insight and collaborating closely with senior client leadership to transform social media and communication strategies, shaping long-term priorities and driving effective work.
We are looking for a strategist who:
1. Is hands-on, able to build persuasive narratives, and works with activation teams and local strategists to produce great work.
2. Wants to guide marketing decisions at the highest level, create commercial impact, and help win pitches and awards.
3. Has experience working with a media agency, social agency, or platform, and desires to help craft effective media strategies.
4. Is highly skilled or a planner/account lead with a strategic focus and a genuine desire to see great work implemented.

Flexible Working
