The Role
This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Employment Principal Associate to join the thriving Employment practice for Charities in Leeds. You will undertake a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, primarily supporting our charity and third sector clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Deliver outstanding client service to both internal and external clients to encourage client retention and referrals
2. Have a sound understanding of clients' legal, commercial and service requirements
3. Have effective client relationship and client service skills
4. Demonstrate strong business development credentials in terms of growth from existing clients and bringing in new work
The ideal candidate will have:
5. 4 years of PQE as a qualified Employment solicitor with Charities experience.
6. A proactive approach to developing client relationships and industry networks.
7. Excellent organisational skills and a passion for tackling challenging legal work.
