Job Title: RE Teacher
Location: Tickhill, DN11
Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic RE Teacher to join a dynamic school in Tickhill, DN11. As an RE Teacher, you will foster a supportive and engaging environment that encourages students to explore and appreciate diverse religious and philosophical perspectives.
Responsibilities as an RE Teacher:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging RE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Encourage critical thinking and thoughtful discussions on religious and ethical topics.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback to support development.
* Work collaboratively with staff to develop engaging curriculum content.
* Support students’ personal, social, and spiritual development.
Requirements for RE Teacher:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
* Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching RE.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* A valid, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps clearly explained.
