Opportunity
We have a new and exciting opportunity for someone to join our UK-based team as a TPM Technology Solution Consultant, to help support the growth of our TPM implementation capability as well as deliver large‑scale TPM technology implementations. The role involves working directly with senior leaders within the team to deliver the implementation of cloud‑based SaaS TPRM and/or CLM solutions to clients, including the integration of these solutions with existing client platforms. The role also provides a great opportunity to develop leading methodologies for the delivery of these implementation projects and to support eminence activity with key TPRM and CLM technology vendors.
Responsibilities
* Analysing a client’s TPRM and/or CLM processes, and identifying configuration and integration opportunities for the client’s selected TPRM and/or CLM technology.
* Developing an end‑to‑end implementation plan based on the TPRM and/or CLM technology selected.
* Drafting integration strategies for the implementation.
* Shaping integration solutions that meet the client’s TPRM and/or CLM business requirements.
* Leading delivery of detailed integration architecture including software and infrastructure components – considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
* Creating and maintaining integration documentation where required for the implementation.
* Supporting the business and technical teams during design, build, test and deployment phases of a TPRM and/or CLM Technology Implementation.
* Configuration of a cloud‑based platform to meet client’s TPRM and/or CLM business requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
* Technical solution or equivalent experience, ideally including large‑scale, complex cloud‑based SaaS implementations.
* Specific experience with configuring and implementing TPRM or Contract Management Technologies (e.g., Aravo, ProcessUnity, Icertis, Coupa Risk Assess, Docusign CLM, Coupa CLMA, Sirion, ServiceNow or equivalents).
* Experience acting within a Solution Architect or equivalent role.
* Good understanding of integration vendors and technologies, and key differences between them.
* Proven expertise in an IT development or equivalent background.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage own workload.
* Comfortable leading technical discussions at all client levels.
* Proactive self‑starter committed to adding value.
* Ability to plan and control while managing changing environment and priorities.
* Strong professional relationship building and rapport skills with the Extended Enterprise team and clients.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience delivering cloud‑based SaaS implementations in large, global organisations with multiple work streams.
* Knowledge or experience in Third Party Risk / Assurance and/or professional services is advantageous but not required.
