Role
This is a unique opportunity for an NQ or junior solicitor to join one of Scotland's leading Residential Conveyancing teams in Edinburgh. You'll gain hands-on experience managing a varied caseload while receiving exceptional support and guidance to develop your skills.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing residential purchase, sale and transfer transactions from start to finish
2. Advising clients through all stages of the conveyancing process, including title examination and missives
3. Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth completions
4. Assisting in client development and building relationships
5. Working closely with senior team members to grow your experience and skills

Your Experience
6. NQ-1 PQE in Residential Conveyancing
