Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified) - £48k – Southport Role: Deputy Manager (Nursing pin required) Location: Southport Salary: £48,000 Service size: Small home – 30 beds Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Role Purpose To support the Service Manager in leading a small specialist residential service, ensuring safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance. The Deputy Manager will supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain person-centered support. In the Service Manager’s absence, they will take full responsibility for the service.
