About the Role

You'll support occupiers through every stage of their journey, from onboarding to renewal, while running a well-loved café space at the heart of the building.
Key Responsibilities
Workspace & Community Management
1. Act as the primary point of contact for occupiers, suppliers, vendors, and visitors
2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the flexible workspace and communal areas
3. Maintain a high standard of presentation, comfort, and functionality across all shared spaces
4. Provide guided tours to prospective occupiers, discussing workspace availability and pricing
