Salary: Base up to £45,000 per annum + Travel Allowance + Bonus

We’re looking for a Store Manager for a leading self-storage company who can lead from the front, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional results in a consultative sales environment. This isn’t retail - it’s about strategic selling, coaching, and creating a winning culture.
Day in the Life of a Store Manager
* Lead & Motivate: Coach and inspire teams to hit ambitious sales and occupancy targets.
* Drive Performance: Implement strategies that consistently exceed revenue goals.
* Own the Numbers: Take accountability for KPIs and lead teams to success.
* Operational Excellence: Keep the store running like clockwork—inventory, CRM, and customer experience.
* Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding service and resolve issues quickly.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing and coaching a sales team in a consultative environment
* Telesales experience is an advantage
* A natural leader who thrives under pressure and loves hitting targets
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt between telesales and face-to-face
* Detail-driven, resilient, and hungry for success
* Must be able to commute to Harrow
