Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, ensuring their individual learning needs are met
* Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning resources to suit individual students' requirements
* Help students to develop their social and emotional skills
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued
* Provide feedback to teachers and SENCO on student progress and areas for improvement
* Support students during break times, ensuring their safety and well-being
* Assist with personal care where needed (depending on student needs)
