Production Operative
Gi Group is pleased to be recruiting for our prestigious client in Northumberland
We are seeking a Production Operative for a temporary 26 week assignment leading to permanent role for the suitable candidates.
Multiple day shift only roles available. 1 night shift available
* Day Shift: Continental shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off, 6am - 6pm
* Night Shift: Continental shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off, 6pm - 6am
* Rates: £15.18ph (Days) £16.45ph (Nights) - With OT available
* Interviews and assessments in early January 2026
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently produce high-quality single-use medical products in a cGMP-compliant clean room.
* Maintain product quality and adhere to cGMP standards.
* Handle critical components and set up/kit raw materials.
* Follow detailed assembly drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Perform manual assembly and inspect finished goods according to customer specifications.
* Record critical cGMP data accurately.
Requirements:
* Ability to work safely within a cleanroom environment.
* Experience reading and following Batch Record Sheets and SOPs.
* Good command of English (written and verbal) and basic mathematical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
* General standard of education
* Able to follow specific instructions
* Positive attitude and adaptable to change
