A leading international speciality insurer is seeking a Conduct Risk Analyst to join its expandingpliance team. The organisation is recognised for its strong market presence andmitment to delivering high‑quality service to clients.
Your new role
In this position, you will support the delivery of the Conduct Risk andpliance framework, with a strong focus onplaints management and regulatory reporting. You will manageplaints from receipt through to resolution, ensuring cases are fully investigated, oues are agreed with business units, and all records and reporting requirements are maintained accurately.You will also assist with Conduct Risk and Lloyd’s regulatory returns, contribute to risk assessments, thematic reviews, and internal audits, and help produce Conduct Risk management information andmentary. In addition, you will support Consumer Duty activity by contributing to product assessments, oue reviews, Fair Value work, andmunication with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will bring at least two years’ experience managingplaints from start to finish, along with strongmunication skills and the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and investigative abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience within the London insurance market and knowledge of UK Conduct Risk would be advantageous.
