* Senior-level experience in critical infrastructure, data centres, or M&E/MEP consultancy.
* Strong network and market knowledge within the UK Data Centre Design sector.
* Proven ability to build and lead teams in a consultancy or technical environment.
* Commercial acumen and a track record of successful business development.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
