In this role, you will play a key role in the administration of MCard products and services.\nYou will work closely with various internal departments within the Combined Authority, including the Travel Centres, Inclusive Travel team, Metro Line, Finance and Customer Feedback team, to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the network. The Sales Team operate Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.\nOur Offer\nAlongside a competitive salary, we offer an excellent benefits package including:\n * 28 days Annual Leave (increasing upon years of service) plus Bank Holidays.\n * Generous Employer-Contribution Pension Scheme.\n * Free Travel on rail and buses across West Yorkshire with the MCard (Zones 1-5).\n * Flexible Working Practices with Health & Wellbeing initiatives, including agile working options, as well as a generous flexi-time scheme to ensure you achieve the best work/life balance and career goals.\n * Bright, airy, modern office space, with all latest technology, just a 2-minute walk from Leeds Train Station.\nThe Role\nReporting into the Sales Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:\n * Administer a variety of processes using financial management systems to produce and deliver multiple MCards for external and internal customers efficiently.\n * Provide administrative assistance within the Retail section.\n * Manager the corporate MCard database and administer all elements of the MCard process.\n * Manager ticket stock and solve any discrepancies arising from stock checks.\n * Manager the MCard Rosa database including gifting and refunding tickets and providing solutions to customer enquiries.\n * Administration of contract agreements.\nAbout You\nYou will have the following key skills, attributes, education and experience:\n * Educated to GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, or equivalent experience.\n * Experienced user of Microsoft Office, particularly in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.\n * Good understanding of West Yorkshire Bus and Rail Ticketing products including MCard.\n * Strong communication skills.\n * Good understanding of Financial Systems.\nTo Apply\nIf this sounds like your next role, please complete the application form and tell us within the supporting statement why you would be a great fit for our role and how your skills, knowledge and experience align with the requirements within the Role Profile.
